What happened

- Cyberhawk operates in 40 countries with 300+ customers and a $95 million backlog, and is expected to generate more than $45 million of revenue in FY ending March 2027 with approximately 95% reoccurring revenue.
- Cyberhawk was founded in 2008 by Chris Fleming, who is its CEO; Cyberhawk will continue operating its existing businesses following closing.
