  • IMIDomics' Patient Insight Business was built on more than 18 years of clinical and molecular data generation, integrating epidemiological information, clinical histories, imaging data, multi-omic profiles and longitudinal patient samples.
  • The clinical network comprises more than 300 investigators and 130+ recruiting centers, with samples from over 17,000 patients stored in the IMID Biobank at the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) in Barcelona.
  • UCB gains access to IMIDomics' personnel and laboratories, proprietary genetics and omics datasets, analytic platform, and established partnerships, including the contractual framework for continued access to VHIR controlled human biological samples and associated data.
  • Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
  • UCB generated revenue of €7.7 billion in 2025 and has more than 9,000 people in approximately 40 countries.
